Siddhant Weds Hitika is a personal wedding gift registry created for the couple's friends, family, and invited guests. The registry allows guests to voluntarily contribute toward selected wedding gifts, honeymoon experiences, sightseeing activities, and other experiences chosen by the couple.

Contributions are voluntary and intended as personal wedding gifts. The registry is not intended to represent a general online marketplace or retail store.

This wedding registry has been created exclusively for Siddhant and Hitika's invited friends and family. The registry link is shared directly with intended guests and is not promoted or advertised to the general public.

Contributions are intended solely as voluntary personal wedding gifts toward experiences selected by the couple. The registry is not intended for public fundraising, commercial sales, or unauthorized payment collection.

2. Information We Collect

When you use the registry, we may collect your name, email address, optional personal message, selected gift, contribution amount, payment status, and relevant transaction references.

Registry administrators may also provide wedding information, gift descriptions, photographs, and email-template settings necessary to operate the registry.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to manage wedding gifts and contributions, maintain registry records, reconcile and confirm payments, prevent duplicate processing, respond to enquiries, and send contribution acknowledgements or personalized thank-you emails.

We do not sell guest personal information or use it for unrelated marketing or advertising.

4. Payments and Contributions

Guests may choose to make voluntary contributions toward the wedding gifts and experiences displayed on the registry. Available payment methods and payment instructions will be shown during the contribution process.

Where an external payment service is used, payment information may be processed by that service according to its own terms and privacy practices. The identity of the payment recipient and any applicable charges should be disclosed during checkout.

The registry may retain payment amounts, transaction references, and payment status to support confirmation and reconciliation. The registry does not require storage of full card numbers, CVV details, or UPI PINs.

A contribution is treated as confirmed only after its payment has been verified through the applicable payment process. Payment methods are subject to availability and applicable provider requirements.

5. Gmail Connection and Google Data

If a registry administrator chooses to connect a Gmail account, Google authorization is used to send registry-related emails on their behalf. The application requests Gmail sending access for this purpose, not to read their inbox.

Authorization credentials are stored with technical safeguards and are not sold or used for advertising. Administrators may revoke access through their Google Account permissions or request disconnection by contacting us.

6. Who Can Access Your Information

Authorized registry administrators may access guest contribution details for wedding registry administration. Service providers supporting website hosting, database storage, payment processing, and email delivery may process relevant information as necessary to provide those services.

Personal information is not sold to third parties.

7. Data Retention and Security

Registry information and transaction records are retained for as long as reasonably necessary for wedding administration, payment reconciliation, security, dispute resolution, and applicable legal obligations.

Reasonable technical safeguards are used to protect stored information. However, no internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Privacy Rights and Choices

You may contact us to request access to your personal information, ask for corrections, or request deletion where applicable.

Certain payment and transaction records may need to be retained for legitimate administrative or legal purposes. Gmail account holders may revoke the application's access through their Google Account security settings.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when registry features, payment methods, or information-handling practices change. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date.
